We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

REQUIRED INFORMATION

When you order, we need to know your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, and for credit card orders a credit card number with expiry date.

This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. We ask for your phone number in the event that our customer service representatives or delivery services need to contact you regarding your order.

 

 

SAVED INFORMATION

We save the information about products you purchased via the online store to provide you with the best possible customer service and the most up-to-date information about your online orders.

You can view your online orders by logging into the My Account section with your private password. All the information you enter onto our system will be saved on your personal account except your card details which we do not store. If you would like any information removed from your account, please contact Customer Services on 01332 858 444.

If you've forgotten your password, enter you email address here and we will send you a new password. This password can only be used once, you will be prompted to enter a new password when logging in.

 

 

UPDATING YOUR DETAILS

If at any time you would like to change any information in your account, just go to the My Account link located on each page. Here you can change or update your email address and password, your shipping addresses and your subscription to our email service. Be sure to click 'Save My Changes' when you have updated your account.

Changes to your billing address cannot be completed online however you can call our customer services department who will update it for you.
